1. Overview and commitment
This Privacy Policy explains how Funded Nova processes personal information when you browse the website, register, purchase or participate in a simulated evaluation, contact support, receive communications, or otherwise use the services. Funded Nova is committed to handling personal information responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable privacy law.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, country, date of birth, account credentials, order and transaction references, payment proof, support messages, marketing preferences, and identity, address, tax, or reward information where verification is required.
Program and account information may include simulated orders, positions, equity, objectives, rule status, account identifiers, platform activity, timestamps, and review outcomes. Information collected automatically may include IP address, browser and device data, operating system, approximate location, referral source, page activity, cookie or advertising identifiers, security events, and diagnostic data.
Funded Nova may also receive limited information from payment, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising, affiliate, platform, and compliance providers, including payment status, verification results, campaign attribution, and signals needed to protect the service.
3. How we use personal information
- Create, secure, and administer user accounts and evaluation orders.
- Provide simulated accounts, apply program rules, and review performance.
- Process payments, discounts, refunds, and eligible simulated rewards.
- Verify identity, payment ownership, account integrity, and eligibility.
- Detect fraud, account sharing, prohibited activity, abuse, and security threats.
- Provide support, service notices, and other requested communications.
- Measure advertising, understand platform use, and improve performance and features.
- Maintain accounting and business records and comply with legal obligations.
- Send promotional communications where permitted and honour opt-out requests.
Depending on the activity and your location, processing may be based on performance of a contract, compliance with law, Funded Nova's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or consent.
4. Sharing and disclosure
Funded Nova does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with hosting, database, trading-platform, security, communications, payment, analytics, advertising, identity-verification, compliance, customer-support, and professional-service providers. It may also be disclosed to authorised affiliates, a successor in a corporate transaction, or public authorities where required or permitted by law.
Current core providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for email delivery, and Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, and Dodo Payments for supported payment processing. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and only for the services they provide to Funded Nova.
Service providers are authorised to process information for the relevant service and are expected to apply appropriate confidentiality and security protections. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms; Funded Nova generally receives a transaction reference, status, and limited billing information rather than complete payment credentials.
5. Security and retention
Funded Nova uses administrative, organisational, and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, and disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Where applicable law requires it, affected individuals and authorities will be notified of a qualifying personal-data breach.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, process payments and rewards, meet accounting requirements, and comply with law. When no longer required, it may be deleted, de-identified, or securely archived.
6. International data transfers
Funded Nova and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions. Where required, recognised contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or another lawful transfer mechanism will be used.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about the handling of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a privacy authority. Funded Nova may verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal duty applies.
Promotional emails include an unsubscribe method. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential account, security, order, or service communications. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
8. Cookies, advertising, and policy updates
Funded Nova uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and server-side event tools for security, preferences, analytics, service improvement, and advertising measurement. Meta Pixel and server-side conversion events may process website and campaign activity, including visits, registrations, checkouts, and purchases. Selecting Accept dismisses the cookie notice. Browser, device, and advertising-platform controls can be used to restrict or remove identifiers. More information appears in the Cookies Policy.
The services are not intended for anyone under 18, and Funded Nova does not knowingly create accounts for minors. This policy may be updated as services, providers, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice where required.
9. Contact
Questions, complaints, and privacy-rights requests may be sent to [email protected]. Include enough information to identify your account and request, but do not send passwords or complete payment credentials.
