1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Funded Nova when you browse the website, create an account, purchase an evaluation, access a simulated trading account, or use any related service. They should be read together with the applicable program rules, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookies Policy, and any account-specific agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
Funded Nova may update these terms to reflect changes to its services, business practices, or legal obligations. The version displayed on this page applies from its stated effective date. Where required, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
2. Eligibility and user accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and use the services only where permitted by applicable law. Funded Nova may restrict access from particular countries, persons, payment methods, or activities for legal, sanctions, fraud-prevention, compliance, or business-risk reasons.
You must provide accurate and current information, maintain one personal profile unless Funded Nova authorises otherwise, and keep your credentials secure. Accounts, evaluations, and credentials may not be transferred, shared, sold, or operated for another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
3. Platform nature and simulated trading
Funded Nova provides educational and skill-development evaluations in a simulated trading environment. All trading activity, balances, positions, profits, losses, account sizes, and performance results shown within the programs are simulated. Orders are not routed to live financial markets, customer fees are not trading deposits, and no real financial instruments are bought or sold through an evaluation account.
Terms such as "funded," "live," "capital," "profit," and "reward" describe stages or results within the simulated program and do not mean that a customer receives a brokerage account, investment capital, or ownership of funds. Certificates, calculators, examples, and promotional results may be illustrative or based on simulated performance and do not guarantee future outcomes.
Funded Nova is not a broker, bank, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, investment company, or financial adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to trade any instrument.
4. Fees, payments, and performance rewards
Evaluation fees pay for access to digital services including the simulated environment, technology, analytics, support, administration, and educational infrastructure. Fees are not deposits, investments, client money, or contributions toward a financial product. The price, currency, taxes, discount, and payment method applicable to an order are shown at checkout.
Any simulated performance reward is conditional, discretionary, and subject to the applicable program rules, identity and payment verification, fraud and account review, and acceptance of any required agreement. Meeting an objective does not create an automatic entitlement to a reward. Funded Nova may withhold, adjust, or decline a reward where activity is invalid, manipulated, prohibited, unverifiable, or in breach of the rules.
5. Program rules and parameters
Each evaluation is governed by the rules published for that program at the time of purchase. These may include profit objectives, daily and overall loss limits, trading-day requirements, position and exposure limits, inactivity conditions, holding restrictions, platform requirements, and progression or reward criteria.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before purchasing and while participating. Reaching a profit objective does not excuse an earlier or later breach. If general marketing material conflicts with the checkout record, published program rules, or an account-specific agreement, the more specific account terms control.
6. Fair trading and prohibited conduct
Participation must reflect genuine, independent decision-making and ordinary use of the simulated environment. Unless a program expressly permits it, prohibited conduct includes account sharing, challenge-passing services, unauthorised copy trading, coordinated or offsetting activity across related accounts, latency or reverse arbitrage, price-feed or execution exploitation, use of delayed or incorrect data, manipulation of demo functionality, unauthorised bots or plug-ins, and strategies designed primarily to exploit a technical limitation rather than demonstrate trading skill.
You may not provide false information, impersonate another person, conceal your location, evade identity or payment checks, interfere with the platform, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, misuse intellectual property, harass others, or use the service in violation of law.
7. Verification, suspension, termination, and chargebacks
Funded Nova may request identity, address, payment-ownership, device, trading, or other evidence reasonably required to verify eligibility, investigate activity, administer rewards, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Failure to provide satisfactory information may delay or prevent progression, account access, a refund, or a reward.
Access may be restricted, reset, suspended, or terminated where Funded Nova reasonably identifies a material rule breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, prohibited conduct, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or misuse of the platform. A payment dispute may result in temporary restriction while the transaction is investigated. Mandatory consumer and payment-dispute rights are not waived.
8. Platform access and modifications
The services may rely on third-party trading platforms, hosting, communications, identity, analytics, and payment providers. Their systems may be unavailable, delayed, modified, or discontinued outside Funded Nova's control and may be governed by separate terms.
Funded Nova may maintain, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, programs, platforms, prices, or future offerings. Changes to active orders will be handled under the applicable order terms and mandatory law. No service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.
9. Intellectual property
Funded Nova's branding, software, interfaces, written material, graphics, education, and other platform content are protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. Copying, resale, publication, scraping, sublicensing, or reverse engineering is prohibited except where law does not permit that restriction.
10. Disclaimers, liability, and risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as available" basis. Funded Nova does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted data, simulated execution, progression, reward approval, income, or any particular result. Trading-related information is educational and simulated, and past or displayed performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funded Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the services, third-party systems, user devices, internet connections, or reliance on platform content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where permitted, you agree to indemnify Funded Nova and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, material breach, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.
11. Governing terms, complaints, and contact
These terms and the documents incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement concerning the relevant services and replace earlier statements on the same subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Before escalating a complaint, contact support with your registered email, relevant order or account reference, a clear explanation, and supporting evidence. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
